Symposium Fees
Plenary Invited Speakers: Fee Waived
Faculty: $125.00
Postdoctoral Fellow: $50.00
Graduate Student: $30.00
Additional Fees
Dormitory Rooms: $15 (Double Occupancy); $30 (Single Occupancy)
If you will be sharing a room, please put your roommate's name in the box for "additional information".

Friday Banquet: $30.00 (if you are planning to pay for a guest(s) to attend the banquet email somss.events@asu.edu with the names of your guests no later than May 17, 2011. Additional guests after this date cannot be guaranteed a place at the banquet.)
Student Recreation Center Week Pass: $7/person
(SRC passes must be purchased directly from the rec center; however, to receive the discounted week pass you must select the pass on the registration site to be included on the list).
Registration Fee: A processing fee will be charged to each participant for credit card processing.
Financial Support
Financial support for travel and expenses cannot be guaranteed, but will be determined after the conclusion of this conference. Forms will be available for those who wish to request financial assistance at the conference. Original receipts must be attached when forms are submitted.
Registering for Talks
If you are interested in registering for a talk, complete the online registration section for talk registration. We will try to place everyone who is interested in a time slot; however, space cannot be guaranteed for registrants after May 2, 2011.
Abstracts must be submitted as text files. The file should have a .txt suffix.
